Daily Meditation

We offer Meditation on Twin Hearts via Google Meet (Join Now!) or in person at a venue. In-person meditation location and timings can be found in the calendar above.

This is a 30 minute guided meditation, which is easy to follow along. These sessions are facilitated by a senior member of our team. It is open to everyone over the age of 18 years.
